Young Goodman Brown
Young Goodman Brown by Nathaniel Hawthorne was a little confusing to me. I expected it to be about a man who lost his family and is going through a difficult time. What was confusing to me about this story was how Goodman Brown ended up in the forest. What was the reason for him going to the forest? I didn't like the fact on how it all could of been a dream and he felt that he couldn't trust no one in the village no more, not even his own wife. I honestly would not recommend this story to a friend just because I didn't like how it ended and it confused me a little.

I agree with you in the aspect that the idea he was dreaming can be a bit confusing when reading the story as a whole. Also the idea that its vague when describing how he ended up in the forest. Great post :) I didn't really see the story in this way until now and definitely changes my perception about it.
